We interviewed many realtors and we were very impressed with Corey's professionalism and presentation. He listened to our concerns and comments that we had with the selling of our house. We had moved out of the house and needed photos of some of the empty rooms to be "virtually" staged, which he agreed with and accomplished. He hired an aerial "drone" photographer to take photos of the house and the surrounding area. He even helped with an item for us that we will unable to take care of at that time. The house was on the market for two days when we received an offer. He was present for the house inspection and followed up with the financing appraisal. He was also present for the final walk-thru the night before closing. Corey was picking up the for sale sign from the front of the house when the buyer approached him with concerns about trash bags we had left out by the curb for the trash truck to pick up. They had not picked up the trash bags and the buyer did not want them there (keep in mind everything was done signed, sealed and delivered as they say) but Corey went above and beyond, loading the trash bags (6-7 bags of trash) on to his personal pick up truck and taking them to the dump for me.
